If your C by GE light is not responding to your Google Home app or voice commands, here are some common solutions:
- Make sure the outlet is receiving power. Check that your wall switch is on.
- Turn the bulb off and on. The bulb takes up to one minute after receiving power to reconnect to the Google Home device. Try to turn on the light again to see if it works. If so, you’re done.
- Try using the bulb in a different lamp/socket.
If the above steps don’t work, you may need to factory reset your C by GE bulb and set up the bulb again.
